POSTING INFO

Any live stock will be posted using Royal mail guaranteed by 1pm meaning your spider should arrive the following day. On occasion they could be delayed meaning they may take an extra day to arrive and this will be down to Royal Mail's processing which is completely out of our control. 

By choosing the guaranteed by 1pm delivery option this means your spider should be with you the next day from when they have been posted not the next day from ordering. 

Shipping days are currently Monday - Wednesday

 

Please note that your order may not be processed for several days. Guaranteed by 1pm does not take effect until the item has been officially dispatched and does not include any processing time.

Once an item has been dispatched to Royal Mail, it is out of our hands. Any delays caused by the delivery courier are their responsibility. Refunds will not be given for this reason. In the event that the delivery company fails to deliver on time and your livestock perishes as a direct result, a full refund will be offered including postage.

 

Shipping will be postponed if the weather is not deemed suitable.
