We do not offer refunds unless your spider is DOA (dead on arrival) or passes away within the first 24 hours. 

You must provide photographic or video evidence of any issues within the first 24 hours from the delivery time stated on the royal mail tracking.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

By placing an order you will be accepting these terms and conditions 

For the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply, several conditions must be met that are outlined below:

  The delivery address and contact information must be correct

• 
  

  There must be someone available to take delivery of the livestock at the first delivery attempt

• 
  

  The parcel must not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour

• 
  

  Contact must be made within 12 hours of delivery to advise of the situation

• 
  

  Video/photographic evidence must be provided of the livestock in its original packaging

If the above conditions are met, you will be offered a replacement. Replacements will be subject to current stock levels. In the event that there isn't a suitable replacement, a refund will be offered.
